مدير مديرية التواهي يعد من الشخصيات المعينة من قبل الشرعية ، وهو عضو أيضا في الجمعية الوطنية التابعة لكيان المجلس الانتقالي ، حيث انه يُعد شخصية تجمع بين كفتي الميزان، ومع هذا فانه اليوم يتحدث مشكورا ويقول بان لا امكانيات موجودة تساعدهم على العمل ، وأن الحكومة وللاسف لم تقم بواجبها ..
لهذا ارجو من جميع الدول والمنظمات التي ساهمت في تقديم العون لعدن ان تقوم بالتحقيق المباشر مع الجهات المختصة ببلادنا وخاصة محافظة عدن ، تطالبها بالتوضيح السريع عن سبب اخفاق الحكومة في إنقاذ المواطن وعن المبالغ المقدمه من طرفهم ، اين وكيف وفي اي المناطق صُرفت ، كما اطالب دول التحالف بطرح المبالغ المقدمة للدولة ، وخاصة عدن ، والخاصة بإعادة الإعمار ودعم صندوق النظافة في محافظة عدن .
نحن لا نعلم اين ذهبت ملايين الدولارات التي سمعنا ولا زلنا نسمع عنها في التصريحات المنتشرة عبر وسائل الإعلام المختلفة.

اطالب كل الدول والمنظمات التي ساهمت وقدمت الأموال لدعم البنية التحتية في عدن ، وأطالب أيضا اللجنة المسؤولة عن اعمار عدن بالتحقيق في ما يجري اليوم ..
كارثة إنسانية حقيقية حدثت في عدن سببها هطول أمطار متوسطة لم يتعدى وقتها الزمني ٩٠ دقيقة فقط ..
